      Re: Creasing on trailing edge

Are you talking about pin-wrinkles, like moist paper? Especially on legal, or ledger, or duplex? Once you've tried fresh paper, take a look at the fuser. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

And you tried fresh, new, wrapped paper? =^..^=

I'll take that to mean: "No, I haven't tried that. But I'm not going to try that."

Good luck. But if I were you, I would start with the simple things first. =^..^=

Ive had this fault for couple of weeks now.I replaced the fuser because it was in a state, replaced the delivery assy and drive motor with no joy.Spotted this thread yesterday and popped back today. The adjustments worked a treat.

                  Thanks gents

Clean up all fuser bearings... if needed fit new Silicon sleeve... and the final cure which i have had many successes with.. replace lower pressure roller. one thing for certain... it is fuser related! good luck mate..
