Are you talking about pin-wrinkles, like moist paper? Especially on legal, or ledger, or duplex? Once you've tried fresh paper, take a look at the fuser. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Ive had this fault for couple of weeks now.I replaced the fuser because it was in a state,replaced the delivery assy and drive motor with no joy.Spotted this thread yesterday and popped back today.The adjustments worked a treat.
