corona wires are changed from 50000 to 120000 copies.
had previously commented that performance up 400000-500000copies.
the copy quality is poor in copying and printing.
present in equipment failure 800000 and 4.8 million copies.
this failure may be caused by excess lubricant containing the tonerkatun and manufactured in Canada???

do not use the old gold plated wire on Primary, pre-transfer, transfer, separation charging wires

FB4-3687-000 is the number of corona wire I use.
let me tell you though the vast majority of end customers in Mexico will not authorize the change of filter.

clean the filters.
if they are paying you for each call, you will be making more money because they refuse to pay for a necessary filter.
show them the page in your manual, about filter replacement

Like everyone else say, clean the filters. Just had a 7033 (konica) that kept streaking due to clogged filters and the corona's would get dirty fast.

I second that and then some. Cramped areas with poor air flow can increase maintenance to every 40k or abouts. Need to have wire cleaners working and installed.
