[Electrical] Canon 5570 Won't power on

Hello. This machine has been tripping fuser codes for a while. I would reset the breaker and reset the code and it would work for a while. Yes, the fuser has been redone with all OEM sensors and rollers. I told the customer numerous times that they need a dedicated power line. I believe what they were using is being drained by another Canon 5070 on the same circuit, plus other printers. Their solution was to run a long extension cable to another outlet. Now I can't get it to turn on period. If there is no pwer to the unit, I can reset the breaker to the on position, but as soon as you feed power it trips to off. I admit I am not the strongest with electrical issues, but I am leaning to replacement of the breaker unit, because of the power fluctuation on that circuit. Maybe it dmaged the breaker.

So, I am asking for your opinions. Please help. Thanks, so much.

I'd start back tracking.what fuser codes are you getting?when did the codes start and did they start after any work?

It's unlikly to be a faulty breaker.you may want to consider swopping out the upper fixing assy complete, lfr and bearings.

I've had plenty of problems with them.

What if I put the entire Fixing frame from one copier to another? One is a 5570 and the other is a 5070.

But that still doesn't solve why it won't power up. I know the power supply is good.

Try to make a distinction between 1. Power tripping and Fuser error codes. If there are any Error Codes, please mention them (eg E00001-0002).
          2. The Circuit Breaker andthe Power Switch, the power switch can also trip by action of its auto shut-off circiut.

As well try this, Open the front door cover and switch ON the machine with unit 1 out. Wait for a while, if the power does not trip, re-insert the unit 1. IF the tripping occurrs, then you can associate it to a faulty unit 1. Inspect the connectors at the rear of unit 1, especially the heater connectors.
