IR 33OO Background on using ADF

Hi, guys am having problem with the above machine. When i put the copy on the copyboard glass the copy is clear, but when i use the ADF ,the copy comes out with black background.I have cleaned all the optics with no success. What could be the problem?

Check to make sure that the copyboard end on the pickup side is in firm contact with the copyboard grass at both front and rear when the DADF is closed.

how is the SLIT GLASS/Scanning glass(Document table glass)/Document illuminating lamp ???
When the leading sheet of a document arrives at the scanning standby position, the ADF transmits an image start signal to the host to start flow scanning, in which the document scanned as it is moved over a sheet of glass in a stationary optic system in the host by a platen roller.

The slit glass is clean and the illuminating lamp is ok.As i said before the optics system is all perfect.

With ADF in use: by stream reading while holding the No. 1 mirror base fixed in position.
if that no.1 mirror does not stay fixed in ADF mode u have an issue
        do a visual inspection

Edge Gain Correction (ADF in use)
In stream reading with the ADF in use, the No. 1 mirror base is fixed in position.
        To check for changes in the intensity of the scanning lamp, the edge gain correction plate (gray;
mounted at the edge of read position) is read, and a gain that enables the attainment of a
        specific intensity is computed.

The result is used to correct the data which otherwise would be affected by changes in the
        intensity of light.

        1-COPIER>FUNCTION>CCD>CCD-ADJ CCD Auto Adjustment
2-COPIER>FUNCTION>CCD>EGGN-POS Edge Gain Correction Auto Adjustment
3- ++ all items under COPIER>ADJUST>CCD CCD Adjustment Data

in service mode; then, record the updated CCD adjustment data on the service label.

post a picture of doc when used by ADF-
post same pic copy from glass-
