[Error Code] E197 canon IR1018 !!!!

after i cleaned canon IR1018 it make E197 , i checked printer engine communication and connectors of DC controller PCB and image processor PCB , but no happend::!!! i replaced the image processor PCB in another machine but same problem!!! E197 can any one help me!!

E197 0000 Printer engine communication error
Erroneous communication between the DC controller PCB and
image processor PCB was detected.
>>>>> Check the connectors of the DC controller PCB and image
processor PCB.
- Replace the DC controller PCB for normal connection.
- Replace or check CCD unite.
- Replace the image processor PCB.

Also checked with known good parts:- Memory Dimm, Relay Board , Flat Cable , Cable (FM2-4921-000) Normal machine rotations did not occur during the machine boot sequence, nor did scanner initialization.

..............>>> : The voltages on the Power Supply Unit (FK2-1376-000) were also checked and it was found that the 24V that should be present on the connection cable between J103 on the DC Controller & J14 on the Power supply was missing at pins 1, 3 & 6 on J14. Replacing the Power Supply Unit immediately resolved the error code.

Remark .............. Incidentally if either the connection ‘Cable’ (FM2-4921-000) between DC Controller (J103) & Power Supply Unit (J14) is removed or the ‘Flat Cable’ (FK2-1395-000) between DC Controller (J104) & Image Processor PCB (J314) the E-197 error code is generated. This means that faults in either cable will give error E-197.

Is there any idea !! i replaced the same DC controller PCB in another IR1018 but it shows the same Error E197 !

Workaround :
In this case a faulty Ribbon Cable between the DC Controller and the Image Processor was found. The Ribbon Cable plugs into the DC Controller at Connector J207. Replacing the Ribbon Cable, part number FK2-1059-000, resolved the issue.

Error :
Error code E197 is occurring.

Workaround :
In this example, performing a #CLEAR > ALL in service mode corrected the problem.

e197 this error can be caused by various reasons.
contacts pcb dc controler dirty in the part of HVT.
toner below the developer unit.
Contact the developer unit dirty or bad.
pcb supply problems.
dc controler problems.
flat dc controler problems.
Before replacing any item as a PCBS clear all the machine.
The main reason for this error and toner fallen debris inside the machine, clean the machine forever.

i replaced the DC CONTROLLER PCB in another machine ( New machine ) but also the news machine Showed the same Error !! so this Error it is in the DC CONTROLLER PCB !! Means that the problem is specific in the DC CONTROLLER!
