Take out the punch unit from the finisher. Inspect it for torn pieces of paper or worn plastic flappers, if there is any, clear them and reinstall them the unit.

          Hi ,

Jam codes that are displayed in service are PS5 100A, PS3 1002 , PS4 1004 , PS9 010B x1 , UN24 100C , incidently when disconnecting the V2 and running A3 multiples single sided , the problem isn't apparent , bear in mind it's only in this mode that there is a problem , duplex A3 , A4 both ok ? . It's almost like a timing problem where the paper is slowed down a fraction whist entering the finisher , this then causes a buckle at the trailing edge from the duplex feed rollers.

Jamming and buckling when doing duplex copies.

Issue may be caused because the two speed delivery clutch (CL21) is staying on, causing paper to buckle and a delay jam into finisher or pro punch depending on configuration.
Clutch 21 should only be on when doing single side copies.
Check connector 508 pin 14, it should be 24v when running duplex copies and should never go to 0 vdc.
When running single sided it should turn on every other copy.

If the CL21 (delivery speed switching clutch) and SL2 (fixing web solenoid) are unplugged or removed it is possible to reverse the two pin connectors for these parts.
This will cause CL21 to speed up all media as it is exiting the imageRUNNER 7105 during all operations.

Look for any burrs on the edge of the "L" shaped cutout in the Entrance Guide Assembly of the finisher-
This unit is located prior to the Horizontal Registration Unit, (Figure 39 Shift Assembly in the parts catalog). -filing down the protruding burr is easier then removing-

Removing the horizontal registration unit is necessary before you can remove the entrance guide assembly.

There is also a mylar that is attached to the horizontal reg assy. I have had this mylar crack along the joint. It looks ok in place but when taken off it is noticable. You can repair or run without as I have with no issues. I cannot remember if this mylar is only attached with Hole - Punch assy.
Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!
