    IR7200 replace laser assembly

I want to replace laser assembly on IR7200.
In SM, it said to adjust the LA-DELAY after replacement.

Where can I found this LA-DELAY code in laser assembly unit? I replace it with used laser assembly so it will have no box or any doc.

    thanks before.

I have swapped dozens of these laser units from used machines and have never went through that adjustment procedure before. Are you sure that the laser you are putting was good before installing it?

If you have replaced the laser unit, enter the value indicated on the
label attached to the laser unit from 0 to 4807

Also work without this settings like Charm say.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Zoraldinho, can you make it more clearly which label is it? there are 3 labels on the assembly. 2 of them have more than 4 digit number, there is one have marking *D333*, is this what you mention ?

Go for it/ usually adjusts it self/ as said by others

          COPIER>ADJUST>LASER>LA-DELAY

          0 to 4807
Use it to adjust the delay line of pixels so that laser A and laser B may be
          coordinated in main scanning direction.
If you have replaced the laser unit, enter the value indicated on the
label attached to the laser unit.

          LA-PWR-A
Use it to enter the power adjustment value for laser A.
Range of adjustment 0 to 255
If you have replaced the laser unit, enter the power adjustment value
for laser A indicated on the unit.

          LA-PWR-B
Use it to enter the power adjustment value for laser B.
Range of adjustment 0 to 255
If you have replaced the laser unit, enter the power adjustment value
          for laser B
          indicated on the unit.

          DLY-FINEChecking for a Laser Delay
Use a magnifying glass to make sure that the distance between
a and b in the figure is a specific distance; otherwise, try changing the setting under COPIER>ADJUST>LASER>DLY-FINE.

            Re: IR7200 replace laser assembly

Does anybody have a suggestion on where to buy a refurb' laser unit online? Long story but a 7095 was dropped in my lap but the catch is the laser unit is missing so I'm looking to buy a replacement unit to get the machine up and running.

            Thanks

In the US you have NWRS or Hytec to order them from.
