Canon IR 4570 paper jam in fuser !!

    Hi teckat,

    thanks for the advice!
    I apply all the procedures above.
    Now i'm getting Jam 0107
    The paper wont reach the fixing sensor PS13.
    It always jam at the first page from any paper tray so i'm unable to make any copies

    it seems that the fixing rotates slower than normal?

            Maybe the problem is in the fixing unit for this reason the paper jammed is bent....you can swap the unit fixing with other machine to check that...

                I guess there's something wrong with the fixing unit. i tried swapping it with another fixing unit but it runs fine.. i even tried swapping the gears and fixing regist sensor... still JAM 0107 PS13 Delay...

                    If there is a problem with the fixing unit when you swap them the problem is in the other machine isn t it?

                            Try the door flap sponges, that is normal cause for JAM 0107, put you fingers and give some press on the sponges and try it.

                            Normal when missing pressure cause JAM 0105.
