    [Error Code] IRAC 2030i error e020-0360

    hello people I'm iR2030i displayed intermittently E020-0360, I know it's an error to supply cyan, now what can I do to solve this error once.
    Dc-con in version 40.03

      You may want to double check your manual:

      Problem :
      The imageRUNNER ADVANCE displays an E020-0360

      Solution :
      The imageRUNNER ADVANCE will display this error because the contact for the black developer is bent, this causes a poor connection between the black developer and the DC controller. The part number for the contact is FM3-8111-000.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
