    canon IR2016 weired problem!!!!

    Hi to all tech

    i have canon ir2016 , it was normaly ,one day i trun the copier On and Directly after Period warming up , the copier Begin copying Very quickly Then stoping and showing JAMS.


    what is this type from Faults !
    i replaced DC PCB and cleaned all the sensors but In vain!




    can anyone help me!

          it is not Bouton issu , Copied at high speed rotation is very unusual!!

              Have you checked jam codes, error codes?
              Is this machine a network printer? Jobs can remain in the queue, waiting for an opportunity to print.

              My suggestion is:
              1) disconnect the network cable, then power On. What happens?
              2) remove all paper, then power On. What happens?

              No. Specifically, What happens?
              And what error or jam codes? =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  is this your problem?

                  you say you turn machine on
                  machine warms up
                  then machine starts to copy by itself fast.

                  is that correct?

                      i do all ur steps friend BLACKAT but nothing !!!! it is the same prblm


                      yeah friend vigour when i turned the m ON and after warming up the copier start copying veryyyyyy fast and doing 3 jam

                          Check the M204 and its conector, J208 (the code is FK2-1080)
                          If it doesn't work, I recomend you to update the firmware. I think the copier is jamming because of the high speed (why it's fast I don't have any idea), and the sensors are detecting the paper in the wrong time.
