    If you'd upgraded the DCON to 66.02, it would've saved you the expense of having to replace the ITB. Version 65 has no effect whatsoever on E67 errors.

      I have the same error after fitting a new black drum, tried all the above, in the UK it seems Canon have removed the firmware from SIMS I can only see the Advance range, so I can't get the latest firmware for this old model, could someone please send it to me?

        i believe it is on sims - its just that its bundle with the last system software( iR C3380 Series System Software v95.01/LANG. v95.01 ) so add that to sst and extract just dc con 66 to usb stick

          OK thanks, I'm looking now but I can't see it, no option for IRC, only IRC Advance models!?
