Edit: also I have no support from canon here. since advanced systems like these are not available in this country. if you could give detailed instruction how to test things I would appreciate it.
Thanks a lot for your help!Comment

Re: Canon ImagePRESS Server Q1
Do you have a parts catalog for the server? I have a tough time knowing the name of each part or which connector is which. thanks. It is an used server. When we got it, it was fine, but an employee connected an additional LAN cable to the ImagePress C1 and the server's screen went blank.

Re: Canon ImagePRESS Server Q1
Correct me if I am wrong, what you have done is:
Connect a monitor to the VGA port of Fiery
Bootup process on the monitor can see Windows logo, then that blue screen above?
Not for the faint-hearted [jokingly], connect a keyboard and mouse to Fiery, press F8 key BEFORE the Windows logo showup. Should be presented with a few option on black background, select the option "Last known configuration..." If this cant solve your issue, best you get hold of the setup CDs to re-install the system.Comment

Re: Canon ImagePRESS Server Q1
Think you ran out of any options to recover this Q1. Only a fresh installation of the system from CD will clear this infamous BSOD.Comment
