Tha DC Controller PCB is the one which is beside of the Main controller board ( the board with HDD is main controller board )


This problem some time because of the pressure roller faulty. change it if you touch it too soft.

Or aftermarket fixing film.
I remember having a batch of dodgey Katun films for this model that wouldn't fuse correctly.

i've try to change to DC controller board ! it works ! now getting better on the print out ..
at the same time , i've change the new fixing film and change a new drum too .. haha ..

Now i facing another issue again . do you guys know why the paper sorter unable to sort & catch the paper ? it will fly all over the floor when you print more somethings wrong with the finisher unit ?

dust may be the problem. clean the finisher area using blower and clean the sensor.RegardsBinesh

Check the wire actuator on the right hand side door as this can get bent and cause poor fixing

What is displayed on screen is, what is going on in the copier. nothing to change with it.
