HI,
Took on new customer with machine(IR 5570) Im not that familiar with, which has pre-existing problem. If I run 14 inch paper thru Adf ,only one original, regardless of how many copies I run, everything is OK.
However if I try to make copies of more than one original THRU ADF(2 or more) the last 3 to 4 inches of the copy come out wrinkled like accordian,or even ripped EVERY TIME,No execptions.I have feeling it has to do with the #2 unit(IM guessing its called the duplexer or reverser) section since that comes into play when more than one original is used thru doc feeder.(FYI . 11 inch paper is fine on all ADF copying.)
Is there adjustment thru SIMS for that unit?
ANY HELP would be appreciated since Im lost at this point.
THANKS ANDY
