what do u mean by printed labels on heavy paper -

    imageRUNNER C4080 / C4080i / C4580 / C4580i / C5180 / C5180i / C5185 / C5185i
This series machine cannot duplex heavy 1 or 2 paper from any paper source automatically.
The only way to run two sided on heavy is to feed it twice from the manual bypass tray. On the second pass select the [2nd Side of a 2-Sided page] check box from the [Stack Bypass: Selecting the paper type] display box.
Heavy Paper has to be at room temperature to give good image quality for second size/The second side of the paper must not be hot/fresh out of the fixing unit> for second side run----

    Smudging when running heavy media-
The paper arch created between the 2nd Transfer Roller and the Fixing Assembly is too great.
-Increase the fixing speed for heavy media within service mode level 2 --
COPIER>OPTION>BODY>FX-SPEED2 (the larger the value the faster the fixing speed).

    also------
Customer needs to do an auto gradation using heavy 1/heavy2 mode and using card stock for the adjustment. Access auto gradation by selecting the additional functions (*) key on the control panel. Select the Adjustment/Cleaning button on the screen, then select the auto gradation button. Next select Heavy1/Heavy2 button followed by Full Adjustment and follow the instructional prompts. If the customer is changing back to regular paper they should follow the same procedure but select plain paper.
