I use WinHex for disk image backup/restore, MHDD to fix disk error and HPA the disk.

I have sent you the ift files, if the error still persist ,disable firewalls and internet security programs that may block the IP address.

And if all else fails, do not overlook or ignore the data transfer cable (bus) which interfaces between the main controller PCB and the hard drive. Too often we assume that this cable never "go wrong".

yes im using same ip range for laptop

I will try again and see what will happen. If the problem still the same i might use cloning system.

Well, downloading the software using SST to ir8070 doesnt work for me even i changed the cross over cable, changed network card for ir8070. I used HDClone software to clone the hardisk from other ir8070 machine and it work perfectly. Thanks everyone here for trying hard to guide me
