At least you eliminated the duplex assy. You can eliminate the delivery assy by running face down output. I would assume that will jam 1 in 40 as well.
Some things I've seen cause duplex jams are the small auxiliary rollers (FB4-2315) in the fuser delivery assy that drive the paper to the duplex assy get glazed over. In that same area are some spring loaded white (or black) guides, after a few million they wear down and get indents that catch the lead edge and I've seen a few where the springs on them are missing. I would also get a set of duplex rollers, FB4-2142, FF5-7736, FF5-7738. After a few million and since they must be 10+ years old they get flat spots, glazed over and the diameter decreases. The duplex is different form the 5000, it is more like a 7200 or 105.
Update: pulled unit 1 and duplex unit from working machine. Installed them, ran 40-2 sided.......then same exact jam, 0110 jam code........ok, strange....

Hey guys, have an account that is some distance away. They are getting jams when doing 2 sided only. had her look at the jam code and it is 0110 the last several times (delay at u turn sensor). I know on the 5000, there is a little white arm that cracks, does the 600 have this.....runs single sided fine........just getting tips before I head that way in the morning....I recently rebuilt the fuser, but this is a totally different jam than I was getting then. Did notice the Big black "hook arm" on the back of the claw assembly was worn down but that wouldnt affect this, you just have to shut the claw unit slowly or it wont pivot down right....been that way a while... thanks!
0110 Jam Code, stationary jam at PS14
check or replace PS14, Pre-Confluence sensor located in the Duplex Feeder -
Pull out the duplex tray and open the upper inlet guide, gray smoked plastic, and check the lead edge for burrs or ridges due to paper cuts. This is especially problematic if heavy paper stocks are used. The paper cuts will catch the paper and cause either jamming or damaged edges to the paper.
