May be you can check the lever sensor height or replace it for the ADFopen/close sensor lever.

You always remove the printer power plug from outlet when working on unit

your RCON READINGS LABEL SHOULD BE ON INSIDE FACE OF THE PLASTIC COVER /

do u have the original P PRINT SETTINGS FOR THIS PRINTER ????

              ONLY THIS

              COPIER>FUNCTION>CCD>DF-WLVL2 ---- write NG not ok !!
For WLVL2 adjustment you need to put 2 sheets of paper in the document tray.
For WLVL1 you should place paper on the glass especially if your white copyboard is not clean.

did u check this sensor below
ADF open/closed sensor 2 identifies the state as being "closed," and the machine starts original size detection. Here, B5, B4, A4, and A3 are eliminated from the list of possible sizes.

check these settings in service mode/ should not be set to default settings

a-1 image read start position adjustment (X direction; in fixed reading mode) COPIER>ADJUST>ADJXY> ADJ-X
Use it to adjust the image read start position (X direction).

Use it to adjust the image read start position (Y direction).
                        adjustment range: 47 to 131 (default: 90)

                        COPIER>ADJUST>ADJ-XY>ADJ-S
Use it to adjust the point at which data is collected for shading using the standard white plate.
                        adjustment range: 20 to 200 (default: 50)

Use it to adjust the main scanning position for feeder mode.
