Re: i back with pucture to my problem ir 6570

      don't know-

when u place the paper A4R on the glass in it's direction--
then close cover and hit print key what exactly happens > does it default to the A4R Paper tray and print-

if so ----and the issue is only when u use the DF>>>
the only things connected for communication between DF>READER>& PRINTER are Interface PCB>DF Cable > READER pcb > DF open/close sensors 1 & 2 >slide guide in ADF for main scan>photosensor in ADF for sub-scan

have u checked the Interface Pcb ??? it serves as the interface with the printer and ADF

look at this in service mode---

      COPIER > FEEDER > DISPLAY
      >FEEDSIZE
indicates the size of the original identified by the feeder.

      COPIER > FEEDER > DISPLAY>FEEDSIZE>TRYWIDE
indicates the distance between original width detecting slides (detecting the width of paper; 0.1 mm).
indicates the distance between the slides used to detect the width of originals in the ADF original tray (between 2 points).

place A4R paper in DF > close down> check reading above

Did u perform all the checks under COPIER > FEEDER > FUNCTION

      do u have a 6570 MANUAL

yes when i put the paper A4R on the glass it's read it A4R and print with any problem

but when i put A4R on the feeder read it A3

        COPIER > FEEDER > DISPLAY

Did u perform all the checks under COPIER > FEEDER > FUNCTION
        COPIER > FEEDER > DISPLAY>FEEDSIZE i check it the feedsize is --------- it's empty

and i have the service manual

              TRYWIDE=

2,370 millimeters is equivalent to 93.3 inches something is wrong
237 millimeters is equivalent to 9.33 inches

              A4= 210mm x 297mm
              8.27inch x 11.69inch
