I just found new one of my iR2020
it's a Blank page event self print test!!

So what i'm done.|
- Replug Boot Rom / PCB / HV / Power Supply / Laser Unit and stay the same
- new HV-Board /// stay the same

what I should do next?

Bias-
ASIC on the DC controller PCB outputs the developing AC bias drive signal (/DVACFOT), developing AC bias ON/OFF signal (/DVACON), developing DC bias drive signal (/DVDCFOT), and developing DC bias output level signal (/DVDCPWM) to apply the voltage generated by superimposing the developing AC bias over the developing DC bias to the developing cylinder.

Drum Unit New one and rotation is looking good clutch and motor seem normal

Developing is good condition

PCB this is what I suspect too there's no other part ..

my supplier told me he always solve this out with changing
1st HV-board most of blank page fix with this
2nd DC-control
3rd PCB
4th Laser unit

but I try 3 HV-boards but it's not solve
The machine run smooth no paper jam or else except blank page
meter about 400,xxx

oh and I just found This machine is iR2020J not iR2020

did u stop copy process( sky shot )half way (create a jam) to see if an image is on DRUM ?

did u check the output voltages from Power Supply ??

to Image Processor= +5v/+3.3v
to DC PCB= +24VR/+24V/+5VR/+3.3VR
to HVT= +24VR/+5VR/+3.3VR

OUTLET=source of AC voltage power is as specified (+/-10%). The power plug must never be disconnected day and night.

I create a jam and no image on drum

When the drum unit is drawn out, the interlocked laser shutter moves down, shutting off the laser beam path. When opening of the front cover or left door is detected, the laser scanner motor and laser outputs turn off.


Laser beam reflected by the hexahedral mirror focus on the photoconductor drum via the imaging lens and loop-back mirrors installed before the hexahedral mirror.
When the hexahedral mirror rotates at a constant speed, the photoconductor drum is scanned with laser beams at a constant speed.
When the photoconductor drum rotates at a constant speed and the photoconductor is scanned with laser beams at a constant speed, a latent image is formed on the photoconductor drum.

The laser exposure system is controlled mainly by the IC5 on the DC controller PCB.

The DC controller PCB sends laser control signals (CNTRL0, CNTRL1, and CNTRL2), which are used to switch between laser driver operation modes, to the laser driver IC along with video signals (VDO1, /VDO1, VDO2, and /VDO2). The laser driver IC controls laser emission (ON/OFF) according to the combination of CNTRL0, CNTRL1, and CNTRL2 signals

I had a similar fault at one time , changed the laser unit and machine worked.Try it out as Teckat has explained above.Good luck.

im pritty sure but i will check it again later or maybe just D307 as c- maybe not part of it ?
