Re: Internal Finisher-S1 on iR-3570
I'll watch for it, thanks.
The problem I'm having is very intermittent, as in approximately once a year. When the finisher jams are removed a certain way the front gripper hooks onto a feature on the base plate, and cannot return to home position. It gives a E000575-8001 error. It's a 5 minute recovery: pick up on the gripper so it releases, reset Limited Function mode, flip power Off/On. But the enduser is getting agitated. Each of these parts is showing significant wear from the constant back/forth scraping. I've been in there once before so I know what it looks like: lots of mechanical gears and cams. Fun like the iR330 paper feed units ***sarcasm***.

Internal Finisher-S1 on iR-3570
I'm looking for part numbers for the gripper assembly, the base that the gripper travels over, and the two large eject rollers.
Or use of a parts manual would due just fine. Our local manuals guy was unable to find that particular one.
Can anybody help?
