Are you sure the Static Eliminator is OK?

If it is, then you could be looking at a problem with the Transfer Roller/uneven pressure from the right hand door. Does the machine have the old style Lower Right Hand Door with the foam pad which caused uneven pressure?

Another possibility is toner leakage between the Hopper and Dev Unit.

i check Static Eliminator, clean contact, etc.....i don't change it. Not yet.

And the leakage between the Hopper and Dev Unit, i fixed it few months ago.
      I know what you mean.

If I pressure elements door by hand, nothing changes.

i change the lower right door, it is new one.

it is a very interesting side error...........................

Yesterday i check Fixing Unit, Guide and Door again....................i can't find nothing.

Next Step, i change the door.......

      Thanks a lot.

Remove drum and dev unit, vacuum upper rear and gears on dev unit, front and rear of drum unit and drum cavity. Clean Laser slit glass. Had this loads of times.

As said, check the RHS door position when it closes.

Putting pressure on it with your hand is not enough.

Before the door is completely closed, push the whole transfer box assembly into the machine by hand, hold it there as much as you can whilst closing the door.

It looks like an issue I have had on a couple of occasions where, when closed, the transfer box assembly does not sit in its "slot" when the door is closed. You will see on the inside front of the door there is a "slot" for the front of the transfer box to fit into.

I confirmed it the first time by cable tying the box to the door tightly so it does not swing.

( As above , presuming you have already checked the laser )
