Thank You for your 5 years old post. It turned out to be the problem in my case for IR 5235. The rear side of the plastic film was wrinkled causing the yellow to leak on the transfer belt and making yellow stain on one side of the print. No idea how that happened. Transfer cleaning unit has never been out of the machine..
