Primary and IP Offset are values unique to the specific drum unit installed in the machine. These values are printed on a label on the front of the drum unit, and must be entered in the service mode when first installed to maintain consistent image quality.

The NP6030 was the first machine to use these values. Since noone at my company was actually trained on the equipment, we literally had to stumble across this information.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Since this is a Euro version I'm not sure but the US version is the NP6412.
This machine should autosense the drum. Adjust the copy quality with the exposure knob under the left side of the op panel when you open the machine.
Like the United States Postal Service It's a miracle it works!

I am from czech republic, there are other conditionns with prices
of drum than USA. The drum unit is too much expensive so it in not
rentabile to change it.Technicians of Czech republic must know,
how to make precis copy quality with old drum. I know how to set
knob under left side.If i set it to "6", the image becomes darker, but
appears black lines on background.Image is good on "3", but black
is not black, but grey.Need to change something other.
May be help set lamp volage higher and primary charging lower.

1.What makes IP-Ofset? What is it?
        2. Do you have some experiences with nonoriginal toner in canons
        analog copiers?

You have to set up the drum when you change it. As far as I can remember switch machine off. next hold down the toner save and ratio key together .turn machine on this gets you into the adjust mode. press start button then use + key to scroll up to 70 then hit start key again enter setting of drum by using + or - key .press start key again use + key to 71 and then start again enter the other number on the drum then + again and start button .it has been so long since i seen one of them but that is what I remember about setting the drum stats

Press start key display will indicate 71. Adjust primary to whats on the drum .When you have done this press start key again 72 will be indicated thats the IP ofset. adjust the ip offset with the plus key . press start key 73 will be displayed press start again and 74 will be displayed press start key again and this stirs the toner and sets up the drum unit measurements readjust exposure dial behind front cover ..also make sure all optics are cleaned and away it should work again for you ..good luck
