[CQ] Ir2022 Random Void Stripes on Prints...not copies

Working on an Ir2022... when printing from a PC or printing out a fax, I have white bands approximately 4mm running the direction of the paper. The stripes are random and never occur when copying ... Memory issue maybe?... help please!!

see the pdf... voids look like something blocking the laser .. but are in a different area of the page each time.... this happens when a fax prints or a pc print.... not when copying...

1-check network connections & cables/

2-try and disconnect the Fax pcb & run prints

3- RUN A TEST PRINT/ to check for voids
service mode:
Additional functions key > 2 key > 8 key > Additional functions key

Print test ((3) PRINT TEST)
Press the numeric keypad key 3 on the test mode menu to select the print test.
Press numeric keypad keys 2 and 4 during the print test to generate test patterns-
Numeric keypad key 2
(2) BLACK: All-black output
Numeric keypad key 4
(4) ENDURANCE: Black belt output
To cancel test printing, press the stop key.
