    ImagePress C1 Jam code 010D

    Hi

I'm having a problem with an intermitent jam code on the C1 (010D). It only seems to happen on A4 and when in face-down delivery mode. I've replaced the sensor in question and upgraded the software to the latest ver (51.01). The printer is only 3 months old and has 50k on the counter

Thanks for taking the time to read this

    Cheers

    hi mate,

had exactly the same problem on a C1. we changed the the sensor arm that corrosponds to the sensor in question. we also changed the 1st inlet sensor of the fuser unit. like where the paper 1st enters the unit.

that seemed to work for us

    good luck

I'm sure that once you upgrade the firmware to 51.01 you then need to change a setting in service mode, not sure what it is but will post back later with details.

The Answer is to replace some springs in the fuser delivery door and on the fuser unit its self.
