IR 6000 ERROR CODE FIX?

I cannot re-set my error code E000005-0000
Tried several times.
Here's what I do...
*28*
COPIER
Screen flashes
*FEEDER* 1/1 < ERROR >
FEEDSIZE -----

No on screen options are available
Any suggestions on what to try next?

but you have a malfunction in the fixing web.....good luck

Try and reboot and immediatly go to *28*. Replace the web if low. There are two counters to clear. COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB and COPIER>COUNTER>DRBL-1>FIX-WEB.

I tried that as you instructed. No go.
Here's what's happening...
I hit *28*
Then COPIER
Display screen appears with highlighted options below.
I can get into those highlighted options.
However, Display options across the top row are not responding to my touch.
Therefore, I cannot get into "Counter" or any other functions in the top row.
I suspect an issue with the touch screen.
Any other suggestions?
p.s. I checked the cleaning web. It is about half used up.

Your touch panel is out of adjustment.
You cannot clear the code until the panel is calibrated or replaced.
Follow the instructions below.
