wrinkle in A3 size only in IR 3025

    Hi,
    Merry Christmas to all,
I have a problem in IR 3025 with finisher S1, the machine in A4 size working very well but when copying on A3 size from the cassette or from the bypass tray, the paper wrinkles in the end of the sheet but no jamming occurs, only wrinkle,
I changed the pick up, feed, separation rollers & fixing film assy, but nothing changed the wrinkle still occurs,
plz let me know your opinion about this,

    Regards

Worn pressure roller and bearings is a possibility. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

thank you very much the problem solved by change the fx-fl-sp to +3.
but can you explain this fx-fl-sp what is the function of this if change the value from 0 to +3.
        what it means??

FX-FL-SP is a fine adjustment of fixing film rotation speed, as can be seen on pg 16-43 of your service manual. =^..^=

The rotation cycle of the fixing film is monitored to control the fixing motor to a specific speed.
When the fixing film rotates and, as a result, the reflecting member positioned in the loop of the film approaches the speed sensor, the machine detects the rotation
            of the fixing film.
