    clc-1100

THIS ONE KEEPS JAMMING ON ME. GETS THROUGH REG AREA GOING UP TO THE TRANSFER SHEET AND JAMS EITHER ON THE FIRST ROTATION OR SOMETIMES IT WILL COME THROUGH THE MACHINE BUT I CAN'T GET ANYMORE THAN 2 OR 3 THROUGH WITHOUT A JAM. I CHECKED ON THE CAM SOLENOIDS, CLUTCHES AND REPLACED THE ENTIRE TRANSFER UNIT W/NEW SHEET AND DRUM. I NOTICED THE LEAD EDGE OF THE PAPER LIFTED OFF THE TRANSFER SHEET AT TIMES WHEN IT GOES THROUGH ALL FOUR ROTATIONS BUT I CAN'T PUT MY FINGER ON THIS ONE. I TRIED DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS WITH PAPER BUT NO LUCK, I ALSO TRIED THE BYPASS-SAME THING WITH ALL TRAYS. ANY HELP MUCH APPRECIATED. THANKS T

i am not a clc tech but you said you saw something different, the paper lifted up at the lead edge. Possible you found the problem. need to find out why it lifts up. sound like some H.V. Leakage on the transfer drum. Is it bleeding off somewhere. think if the paper lifts up, it probably catches and jams. If I'm not mistaken I think you have charge coronas at the transfer area. maybe they are crapping out. sorry i'm no more help

It sounds like static is causing the paper to lift off
Make sure the ext static corona is rewired and if you changed the t/d ass'y with a used one make sure the int. static corona is also rewired. Check the HVT leads at the back of m/c they can brake also the hvt cable inside the t/d but changing the ass'y should have ruled this out and make sure the t/d area is clean.
        Also check that the
RETENSION ROLLER ASSEMBLY is racking in when paper goes onto the t/drum

        Good Luck
