Re: ir2270 gives zigzag in a copy
my friend your problem is in mechanical fualt, clean all vertical rollers and tensions and even paper path.. the cause of this one is when the paper moving and 1/4 lift on drum it well sheek or distorbing and create a jetter (Zigzag you call)..concentrate on the paper path and other cause on that... I encounter this problem several times in sharp / xerox and now canon...Comment

glass copies & network prints
= same exact issue = a process of inspection> & elimination
1-paper path/transportation area
2-Registration- ground leaf spring position contact to roller
-cut the wire ties for the registration sensor
3-charging>development
4-path before fusing
5-during fusing-replace M3 Fixing motor**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

Re: ir2270 gives zigzag in a copy
When the paper comes out with Z-Fold / Accordion / 3 Fold and jams after several copies with error 0108 Delay in PS14, it means that the fuser film is not rolling with the pressure roller.
Replace fixing film, Remove the old grease (IMPORTANT), Apply Grease and replace film.Comment
