[Misc] Problem copy from ADF canon ir3300

Dear all,
I have problem with my canon ir3300, if copy in plate glass it's good,
But, when i copy from ADF, the margin different with original, it's different about 3 cm then original.
Notes: i use paper 215x330 cm.

U1: FOOLSCAP-- is your paper tray set for U1
COPIER>OPTION>BODY>SCANSLCT - set to "0"When enabled, the scan size is determined in relation to the original
size.
Settings = 0: off (default), 1: on

COPIER>OPTION>BODY>SENS-CNF-set to "0"
Use it to set the arrangement of the original sensors.
Settings = 0: AB-configuration (default, 1: Inch-configuration, 2: A-configuration)
Caution- If you have changed the arrangement of the original sensors, select the appropriate
setting to suit the new arrangement.

COPIER>OPTION>USER>MF-LG-ST-set to "1"
Use it to indicate the Extra Length key for paper up to 630 mm long
(multifeeder, free; the ADF will also accommodate paper up to 630 mm
long).
Settings = 0: normal mode (default), 1: extra length mode (key indicated)

Sir, I can't see the options as you shown in the video. I like to know how to obtain the options. Like A4, A3, etc.
My machine not showing the paper options, there. thanks,

do your paper trays read correct paper size ??

is size issue when paper is feed to glass from ADF ??

maybe CLEAN the size sensors in the ADF??

Dear I am not a tech. in the ADF settings I will post the picture afterwords.

I can't get the page size in ADF settings as I seen in the videos, i think it is some software or other settings problem. If possible can you please help me.

PS : where i get size sensors in the ADF, i have no idea, is the top panel where some plastic trangle parts are coming out to detect the paper.
