    [Error Code] E020 keeps comin' back on IRC6800

    after 50 copies more or less it stops showing E020 it always goes that way every time. I changed the black toner assembly and its gone (ERROR 020), i just want to ask if there is any way i can fix the toner assembly that i pulled out, the toner bottle is turning good, the two motors are running fine. I can't find the cause of the error from this black toner assembly. Some ideas?

          oh! I forgot to mention the sub code it was an xxFF that's why I changed the black toner assembly and it was ok. If the motors are ok and the toner bottle is spinning then the hopper connector maybe is the culprit. I checked the wires they were good. before all these checks i tried TONER-S to give toner for the developer it was ok. the problem is, after some copies it shows the error 020 - xxFF. I just reset the error and turn the machine off and on again, it keeps comin' back that way. Now its running smoothly because I changed the assembly. I'm just looking for the cause to salvage the piece or I'll just throw it away. I'm Thankful to any ideas.

              There is no toner inside the Bk developing assembly.
              - the toner is not supplied to the developing assembly correctly.
              - the hopper stirring motor is not rotating normally.
              The hopper connector has poor contact. The black toner supply motor
              (M25) is faulty. The hopper stirring motor (M23) is faulty. The black toner
              level sensor is faulty. The DC controller is faulty.
