    Canon Dadf-h1 separation issues

The doc feeder for the IR3300 series are quite a bit older now and I'm noticing at this age level , that they like to feed multiple sheets even after you replace the PU roller , Feed/Sep roller and the 2 sep pad assemblies. Any ideas as to what works for you to resolve this much appreciated-Blaze

No---no jam codes.....just a general question. I'll start replacing those one way pulleys then as part of the normal AF rebuild. Thanks for getting back to me.

They're not much fun to get to. It's going to add time to your rebuilds. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah, but not much choice my friend. Now that those feeders are getting older it's going to be a required item. That machine sure is a great box. Still a lot of them out there even after all these years. After doing a couple of those one way pulleys my speed will greatly improve on installing that part. Thanks again for the responses. You guys are great.

Yes I have seen the separation start to fail on this DF even with a new pad etc. I have replaced a few of these clutch springs but it doesn't seem to make any difference in the separation, after all that clutch only controls the pick-up & feed nothing to do with separation? Shame as this machine is very reliable, not even as good as the 2270/3225 etc
