    last few iches crinkled

hi Guys i have an ir4570 with an internal S1 finisher the problem is when copying A3 last 3 inches are rippled..looks like a guide retarding the paper or rollers switching off..any help would be appreciated. i have cleaned all the rollers in finisher and the 3way ass. even removed some exit rollers. i know there was a bulletin about this and exit roller ass was the problem but this machine has never been used till about 2 weeks ago. so is unlikely to be that .

assuming you have no paper behind cassette and the drawer is set correctly here are some fixes.

Copies exiting the imageRUNNER 3570 are wrinkled in the paper feed direction. This condition will get progressively worse as the Imagerunner 3570 is run.
The wrinkled paper condition was corrected by the replacement of the Fixing Assembly's pressure roller (FC5-7207-000).

When running LTR size paper, creases will intermittenly appear when the paper exits the finisher.Decrease the registration loop amount at cassette paper feed. In service mode, go to COPIER>ADJUST>FEED-ADJ>LOOP-CST. The default setting is 63. decreasing the setting resolved the issue with creasing the paper
