[Error Code] ImagePress C1 Error E000006-0002

I have searched for this error code, but have found no answer anywhere. It occurs when I start the machine up. Normally when I start up, I hear a clicking sound (part of the initialization routine, I assume). When I don't hear it, I get the red alert light with the error code. Sometimes, it takes several attempts to restart and then it works fine.

I can help a little. All the errors between E000000 and E000007 are fuser related. Changing the fuser and clearing the error should resolve the issue. If you cannot manage those two things, you'll need a service tech. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Fixing drawer connection error. Front door is closed but thinks fixing drawer is not closed.Check for paper dust, etc in the connector on drawer and machine...maybe even a piece of paper. Make sure connector springs back properly. This machine is built on a irc6800 chassis and they had problems with this. Actually modified connector assembly on 6800. Changed a couple myself(on the machine). Pain in the rear. Re-crimp the connector pins inside and clean contacts with alcohol. Gets coating of fuser oil on pins from vapors. Probably a mod kit for C1 also

Thanks much! For the moment, I just gently opened and closed the fixing drawer about a dozen times, which may have dislodged debris or fuser oil that was preventing a solid connection. It has started up fine ever since then.
