    ir 2520 paper slip and fold in A4R

    in ir 2520 paper got slip and fold in A4R mode from both drawer and stack bypass is this can happened because of duplexing clutch not working properly or because of FM3-9293-000 MULTI PAPER PICK-UP GEAR ASS'Y or because of FK2-1410-000 SOLENOID SL2 please go through the attachment.

    there is no error or jam code

    please reply fast it is very urgent!!!!!!!!!

      Looks like a hesitation entering the Fixing Unit, causing the fold to occur at the Registration Rollers
      Check for obstruction on Fuser Entry Guides and ensure the Fixing Film etc turns freely.

          is the slip and fold in the paper can happen because of the fault by FU8-0576-000 GEAR, 18T/25T

              Just out of curiosity, Is the original being scanned through the document feeder a tri-folded document fed in the A4-R direction, like a mailed letter?

              It appears to me that the problem is occurring during the scanning process, because of a fold in the original. If that is indeed the case, and the problem does not occur with flat, not-folded originals, there isn't much you can do to prevent this.

              I would have thought that you would have adopted a less demanding way of asking, after your thread about not getting answers. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  Just swap your registration clutch with duplex unit clutch your problem will resolved as it is common problem in this model.
