    ir7095 for printing

    Printer setting>Setting>print Quality>Density

I can adjust the intensity level was 9.
When the level is greater than 5 (6-9).
Work out a sheet of paper (no ink stick).

    Please help.

You have fusing problem not a density problem. Is the fusing system heating? is the pressure adjusted right?

Density should be at 5. As stated if its not fusing.......you got a fuser problem. If it was not heating up enough machine would error...guaranteed. Makes sure the bushings(plastic collars) on ufr have not self-destructed. They do. Once the flange separates from the rest of the collar, roller is riding on the bearing. Don't fuse too good under this condition...lol

In this case, you would get an E069 in addition, because the upper fusing roller gets HV from the transfer current which would be short out due to contackt with the bearings. More likely, the bearings of the lower fusing roller are worn or the pivot bolts of the lower fusing roller.

Been there many times...especially when another tech installs front collar backwards and bearing rides on fuser frame...that pile of metal shavings on the fuser entrance guide usually is a hint...lol
