[CQ] ir 6055 adv banding copies

I have cleaned drum unit, dumped developer, checked fuser and all the gears I could find. The bands go from front to rear 8.5 to 8.5 with the paper running in the 11 to 11 direction (speed direction). I hear a bump maybe a cleaning blade binding ? the problem is the bands are consistant and look like a developer problem

I have had the black plastic auger inside the cleaning assembly break quite a few times. The front where the gear slips on breaks off. Pull the process unit out and turn the gear on the back of it that drives the auger. Cleaner blade assembly off. See if the auger inside turns. Does the cleaner look backed up with waste toner? These have issues like 5000s...toner hardens in the waste toner tube and backs it up. Ala 5000....keep filters clean.I've seen the tube plugged ,so when the cleaner blade cleans,it can't move the waste out of the cleaner unit, breaking the auger. The waste drive keeps running unit everything is packed, then it trashes the drive. If the auger isnt turning, replace the cleaner assembly(pain in the butt...gotta disassemble process unit basically),clean the waste tube out all the way from the port that process unit end of cleaner unit sits inside all the way to where it dumps into the bottle, then waste drive assembly if necessary. I have replaced cleaner units and drive assemblies on at least 7 machines. If all is good there let us know. I've had poor dev bias contacts on these machines also but that usually causes deletions.

Definately looks like a Dev Drive hesitation/problem and looking at the Lines Down the page seems like Canuck is on the ball with Waste Drive also.
