[CQ] IR 2270 jamming at A4 in PS3

The problem is jamming in A4 size in PS3 sensor when copying in double side mode only. No problem in single side.
The copy wrinkled as shown in the picture.
I changed the heater unit but stay jamming in the same position. Also change the setting of the fixing also same same . Please any idea about this problem.

What's the jam code?

Based on your pictures, I'd check the movement of the 2nd Delivery Flapper. Make sure it isn't sticking to the dampers behind it.

No, I am sure not sticking to the dampers, if it is sticking the single copy will jam.
Only when copy double side jam.
The jam code is 207 , PS13

Check & clean inside 3 Way Unit.

Replace PS13.

Replace Fixing Film Assy with a NEW one.

I replaced the fixing unit with another one but stay same same.
I will try to replace the PS13

If the 2nd Delivery Flapper sticks down or doesn't lift quickly enough it will only affect double-sided. The paper doesn't travel under there for single-sided.

If there was a problem with PS13 it would affect single-sided, so I doubt that's the cause of your jams.

Hi,
As in the previous posts,i think the 2nd Delivery Flapper stiks on dumpers...try to remove the dumpers and make some tests ,it will be a little nois when solenoid actionate.
it's a common problem with this copier model

Try: add an extra wrap to sensor PS13, which is the fixing outlet sensor.

As stated remove the dampers. If getting on duplexing,make sure to remove ALL 4 DAMPERS on the upper delivery diverter
