Are you referring to the 3 V shapped marks on your sample? remove & inspect the ITB could have a small mark etc.

Firmware level? Put in the newest firmware to start. I have seen fixing/feeder drawer open/close sensor(photo interrupt) cause noise to the dcon and create laser issues. Old bulletin about this. Change the photo interrupt. Post a grid test print, and separate test page 5 for each color. P print with a ram clear would be next. Sample orientation....LTR,LTRR,A4,A4R....???Put an arrow on samples to show lead edge/paper direction. Does it do it on just copies?Prints also? Need more info

lines occurs on both copy&prints, black or color no difference..only P-Print is always clean.

Weird?! By chance is that Magenta example run LTR direction or LTR-R ? and had you set it to use only the Magenta alone on that printout ?

                        You are confusing the matter.
                        ONLY POST PRINTS NOT COPIES
In service mode post us PG-4 samples of each colour, (remove the 3 other colours)
Then you will have 4x separate print outs of each colour, if only one of the colour print outs have lines that is the drum you need to replace, simples!

                          Dear Canon.Tech
Its definetly not a drum problem, because i have change it with several black drums in good condition. Color of Thin Lines is only black, no other colors. Lines occurs with prints + copys..see earlier answer
                          All PG colors with lines..

In my opinion problem is black drum motor or black laser..what you think

Print an empty A3 in b/w mode and the same in color mode.

Scan them both and attach here.

                            Trying to see some repetitions...

Cut the job in half, eliminate the scanner. I use scans to troubleshoot the reader and pg's to troubleshoot the printouts.
