[CQ] print not fusing during A3 printing

I am facing this problem in ir 2870.The print on A3 copies rear side washes off.Changed fuser but the problem still persists.

Try increasing the temp COPIER>OPTION>BODY>TEMP set to 7 (default is 0)

Definately the Fixing Unit, check for uneven pressure of the Pressure Roller Bushings - replace the Fixing Film Assy.

i would check the fixing film assy, check if it is torn on the one side and has shifted to one side, had this issue a lot.

i recommend you replace both the fixing assy and the pressure roller if there is an issue with the fixing assy.
