I have a problem with the machine ir5065.
went i use the feeder copy 2sided document come out a blackline, use the glass is no.i oso services the feeder inside
mirror oledi,what is the problem please help me.

Check the scanner glass on copier and the 2 sided scan glass behind the DF copyboard cover. May be that something is blocking the scan path

Although i have not well understood the end of your message, i would suggest that you clean and verify the document feeder reading glass.
