i just checked, both lamps are on. i saw it by opening fixing motor cover

AC driver broken ? where is it's place ? thank you

The control system makes use of the following signals:
[1] Fixing roller temperature detection signal 1; M-TEMP [1] generates a voltage suited to the temperature
      detected by the main thermistor.=DCPCB

[2] Fixing roller temperature detection signal 2; S-TEMP [2] generates a voltage suited to the temperature
detected by the sub thermistor.=DCPCBSUB_HT_ON [3] the sub heater turns on.DCPCB>AC Driver

      [4] Sub heater temperature detection signal; SUB_DETECT [4] =DCPCB>AC DriverMAIN_HT_ON [5] the main heater turns on.DCPCB>AC Driver

[6] Main heater temperature detection signal; MAIN_DETECT [6]=DCPCB>AC Driver

how much voltage ir5000 need to be operated normally ? is 110 volt or 120 Volt ?

note : my house electricity 220 v , with step down transformator 220 to 110 volt.

        do i have to raise up the voltage (transformator ) ? 220 to be 120 v ?

Have you monitored the warmup in sm copier/display/analog? If those lamps are on it should get to about 200C in much less than 15 minutes. If anybody knows the exact warmup time, jump right in.

start up > after 2 minutes got error e00002 > clear error > 13 minutes include warm up time > normal temp reach 200 C (i see it in copier/display/analog)

so.. total time about 15 minutes the machine got ready to make copy

You can not just looking at the light coming out from the lamps, measure both lamps with an Ohm meter to make sure it is not broken, and as someone tells you inspect the connectors, maybe it is broken.
Also check the voltage coming out the transformer when the machine is ON, should be no less then 110V.
A normal machine takes 3,5 to 4 minutes to warmup.

                      I saw the label rear the machine,. 120 - 127 V
but my output transformator 110 v, maybe it makes the heater lamp slow to reach 200 C. ?

i want to replace my transformator first.. (suitable for 120v)

Printer needs to operate on a + \ - of 10% voltage from outlet. The reason for a dedicated outlet means the only item on that line receives proper regulated voltage--

Have seen in old buildings floor above & below draw down voltage on same line\ this causes many issues--/ & when people plug in toasters\microwaves\refridgerators/ that draw down voltage

the problem is solved.. i changed ac drive and also both heater lamps

now my machine warm up 3 minutes

                          thankyou everybody for your replies
