Check the Drum Drive if isn't stuck, clean and inspect the charging terminals located on rear back of the machine, most likely there is a problem.
For a better troubleshooting, make an hard stop in a copying process and inspect Drum if there is toner deposited
Defects are simple, our mind is complicated

      --------------------------------
-Is toner inside the toner cartridge?
-Has the open seal been removed?
-Does the drum drive gear rotate normally? (Be sure to install the drum unit before making checks)
-Is the primary charging terminal on the front left of the drum unit in firm contact with the high-voltage terminal at the machine's bottom?

      1. Check the contacts for electrical continuity.
      2. Replace the drum unit.

Check that the developer shift spring rear is still attached to the post on the rear frame. Most likely the post will be broken off. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Assuming this model is like the 6012, this will probably hit it right on the head. If you open the clamshell and look from underneath you may see dv unit out of position. I usually remove the boards in the back and drive a strong tapping screw into the hole where the mount broke. It will be much stronger than the original mount.
