    well i think you are working on a NP 6028 witch is the same as a NP 6030 the error code if for the transfer roller witch is under the drum unit...you can clean it really really good, or replace it is what it noramlly is but if it is not that check your static eliminator,high voltage termals,or composite power supply...hope this helps..

        Actually it translates ito a NP-6035/ NP-6230, but the meaning of the code is the same. The differences in the models is minimal.

        If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Also check the transfer roller connector for arching if not that the composite power supply is bad.
