Thx buddy, The main issue is that i cant access or enable any key on the control panel. When i switch the power on, the copy button lights and the error button only. the start button just blinks dimly on powering and it goes off. No button lights at all apart from the copy and error button. All wires and fibre cables have been reseated. still stuck.

Yeah, u have checked all the keys, they are ok, none is stuck.
                      The main power is ok.
About the local dealer, they are in the capital though they got no idea abt the problems. All they tell me is may be if i buy other boards.
I will try to clean the buttons down using the contact cleaner fluid. Do u think its the best or do u have an alternative?
Please help and translate for me these words on the image attached. They are the ones shown on the display window on my copier.
                      thanks
