[Error Code] Canon IRC2380i Error code E-350-000

Hi Guys,

Got a problem with the above mentioned machine. I'm getting and error code of E-350-000. This error does not exist in the manual. The problem is intermittent..

Has anyone come across this before, and if so how did you get passed it.

This is to do with the serial number/counter PCB

Have you replaced any boards recently? Check all boards connections most likely loose conector.
