dont know for sure what you have done but sometimes the easiest is the last thing done..Problem :
    E061 0070 or 0093 very intermittent.

    Solution :
When the front door was closed, it was not opening the laser shutter all the way. That is why the problem was intermittent. Adjust laser shutter and front door actuation for proper operation.

      cujo,
Since this is an intermittent problem (every 500 copies), I suggest checking your drum ground. Check to see if it is the brush type or the spring-leaf type. If it is the brush type. I suggest trying to replace it with the spring-leaf (FA5-9308-000). I know this is a CLC1100 series, but refer to tech pub CLC700-T069.pdf for furher information.

        hi there,

i trust u have rewired the corona? how old is the drum?

i have had a similar problem and it turned out to be the DPC sensor.

my recommendation would be to rewire both coronas around the drum, replace grid or give it a good clean with alcohol. check age and use of drum.

Ive worked on these machines alot and have never come accross the laser causing an issue. It is most definately charge of some sort. check to see the charge cleaning lamp above the drum is functioning correctly.

Hi guys, I changed the temperature and humity sensor, and the machine is ok. I cleaned the door switch, and I changed the primary corona and the grid. Now, it's ok, thanks.
            Obs. Sure my english...

              Sounds like drum problems.

I would check on the drum life, anything over 80,000 prints can bring this code up on a regular basis.
Change drum, and the corona wire.

Change drum, and the corona wire or it will come back.
