Canon ir3300 wont pick up paper from tray 1

Already changed the rollers, still wouldn't pick it up, interchage the roller with tray 2, still the same, tray 2 works fine no matter what rollers are in, can't understand what does it want. Any ideas? using regular letter size paper 20lb.

Could be a number of pastic parts on this old model failing seen this loads of times.
If you dont want to order a new pick up assy (expensive) you'll need to strip it down & find out what part has failed. Most likely a cam or spring mount has snapped. If Canon still supply the deck parts it's usually a cheap repair but takes time to strip down etc.
Still a good model this they'll run on for years.

Thank you, will strip the machine down over the weekend and see what is wrong.

Probably chipped lifter gear and knife. Pain in the butt to replace parts. Send in a sales rep. If you rip that pickup assembly apart it might not work when you put it back together...
