    Canon NP6012 jamming, piece broke

I know this is older then dirt. One of my good customers uses this in their warehouse for a few copies a week.If parts not available or to expensive they will throw it out. Been a while since I worked on one, they sent a pic of this broken part 2011-03-23_023739_canon_np6012_not_locking_in_tight_lhs.jpg. Looking in from the side there is a broken piece hanging down toward rear side. They described this as the part toner cartridge slides into? Paper hits this piece and jams everytime. Any help appreciated.

    TIA

That is the entire Developing Unit not seating properly, must reffit in the guides,i think there are some springs too...That could happen after they change the toner.

I can't make anything of your photos. There's a finger in the way. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
